These are extraordinary times and we deserve a fair deal. The greatest leverage we have at the bargaining table is support from the membership. 

You have the ability to strengthen our negotiating position by increasing our visibility in the workplace. Members are strongly encouraged to wear your Society shirts, hats, etc. to show your solidarity with your bargaining team. This small gesture sends a powerful message to the employer

Take these actions now to stay informed and reinforce our bargaining power:

Show your support for your Society NWMO Local bargaining team by downloading one of the backgrounds below. These backgrounds can be used as virtual meeting backdrops, screensavers, or as your desktop background.

You can also change your picture on teams for when your camera is off. Simply right click on either image and choose “Save image as…” to save on your computer.
